                              BOOT CAMP

                              Next Session Starts February 6 - March 2nd, 2012
                              If you are looking to get results FAST, then join us for Kari’s Boot Camp class! This class combines 30 minutes of Kardio training with 30 minutes of strength training, hitting every muscle group from your shoulders to your calves. Do you have to get in shape fast and need someone to motivate you? This is the workout for you.

                              Mon-Wed-Friday  5am, 6:05am, and 7:10am
                              Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 am , 6:30 am
                              Mon, Wed, Fri: 10:15am (HEAT class) 45 min class $99 for 12 sessions.

                              BODY FLEX

                              A weight training class using a barbell with plate-loaded weights. Participants will train their entire body workout in this resistance training class. All levels are welcomed; please arrive on time to set up your equipment.

                              STEP REVOLUTION

                              Step may seem a little late 80's, but it's still one of the most fun classes in Ft Myers. After a quick warm-up the group is taken through a series of "dancy" turns, jumps and lunges, all designed around the step. Your legs and butt will get a workout along with your inner-Madonna!

                              SPINNING

                              Start peddling and let go as your instructor takes you on the ride of your life. You get fit fast and the instructor keeps you motivated! If you love an inspiring cardio workout with loads of variety and energy, this is the class for you!

                              KICKBOXING

                              KICKBOXING with bag. Get ready  to jab, punch, and kick in this cardio-fat burning class! Classes use punching bags and boxing gloves which are provided. All fitness levels welcome.

                              KARI'S CORE METHOD

                              Use a body bar, light weights, resistance ball and mats to flatten abs., tone the thighs and tighten the arms. It will help lift buttocks! Combination of pilates and plenty of stretching.

                              ZUMBA

                              Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be FUN AND EASY TO DO, allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

                              This class helps you develop that washboard look for your abs. All fitness levels welcome.

                              STEP FUSION

                              A combination of weights and some step choreography along with  some athletic moves. This fusion class is a great way to burn extra calories by incorporating weights and cardio in one class. This was designed by our house instructor Christine, and is a great choice for members who want to mix up their weekly workout!

                              YOGA

                              Our Yoga classes provide a dynamic experience for mind and body.  This type of stretching, relaxing and conditioning creates a healthy, well-toned, flexible and strong body.  Breath awareness, meditation and self-appreciating techniques shape the mind/body fluidity.

                              Kariograph is based on Step Revolution but Saturday morning's class is a little quicker and the crowd is a little on the crazy side!

                              Weight class designed to give you a super fit body. Two words: HARD WORK! Join Kari for non-stop strength conditioning that focuses on the entire body. Go big and get lean in this resistance heavy class. WARNING: this class will result in a super fit body!

                              SPEED AND PLYOMETRICS

                              High School Athletes - get quicker, stronger, faster and jump higher! Speed and Plyometrics is great for all sports including volleyball and basketball. Limited numbers, so sign up early!

                              JOLT

                              This class is 45 minutes long, a full body head-to-toe workout that will rock you to the core. A combination of sculpt, jump rope, plyometrics and cardiovascular work. Led by Erin Cantwell - she will jolt your day!

                              SUPERSCULPT

                              This is a challenging total body conditioning class using weights, bands, bars and steps. Build strength and endurance in the entire body. Our instructors come up with the most cutting edge routines and moves to get you the best results!

                              PIYO

                              Picture
                              PiYo is a unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension, deepen breath and improve posture.

                              MAT PILATES

                              The method focuses on the development of the core postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to supporting the spine.  Pilates students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and correct body alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.
